Bogs Footwear began as a low-budget rubber boot option for local retailers, driven by the founder’s dedication to continuous product improvement. When we partnered with Bogs, they had minimal brand awareness and limited retail reach. Our goal was to transform Bogs into a premium brand capable of commanding space on shelves in high-end retailers, ultimately driving substantial growth and marketplace recognition.
The Challenge
